I'm giving you a 5 star rating because everything went well this morning. Fridays visit should of fixed the problem. Communication is horrible at A&E.

Saw it and it'll take 2people he said. He cut the spin on . Cut it off Then picked his bag and said I'llcall you in about hour or so. Said He had to look up parts and contact Select Home Warranty. Calls and told me it was too old to fix and they would either fix it or replace . Not impressed with the way he presented himself. Wouldn't want him again. He told me on the phone about 700.00 to fix.
