I really appreciated Phillip's help getting our dryer fixed. He knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the parts and installed them very quickly. Happy to report I've used the dryer several times since the repair and it's working better than before (previously the moisture sensor was faulty and clothes were still wet but now they're fully drying). Phillip also answered all of my questions professionally and was very respectful. I also liked that their communication system gave plenty of reminders, an estimated arrival window and then a more exact ETA with a text when the technician was on the way. I definitely recommend their service.

Phillip showed up on time and went right to work. He located the issue , ordered the part and came back promptly when it arrived. He fixed our washer and we are happy again.

As a technician he went right to the problem and then right to the repair. I mean he is a total pro! As a customer service guy he was courteous, flexible, and professional. I would love to have him in my home to fix my appliances again.
