As a technician he went right to the problem and then right to the repair. I mean he is a total pro! As a customer service guy he was courteous, flexible, and professional. I would love to have him in my home to fix my appliances again.

Phillip was very professional. Told me the problem and showed me the broken part. He also showed me the new part and price. He was great at explaining everything step by step. He was very patient with my mother and I. I had to translate everything and he was great at explaining everything to me. I could not have had a better experience with a technician. Very grateful!
