I’m so impressed with the multiple communications to keep track of technician arrival time. And the promptness is astounding and appreciated. The issue was immediately determined, the part ordered, a second appointment scheduled. The part arrived, alternate appointment options were offered given the quick arrival of the replacement part. The original technician arrived, repaired the issue in a timely way to include a secondary problem created by the poor functioning fan. Professional, resourceful and mindful of returning refrigerator items (labeled shelves) back to their original places. He even started to return food items back to their original places ‘fridge! Excellent Service! Thank you.
