The guy was great explained to us tell us what we did. The day. Service guy was great because the app doesn’t help out. I rather talk to a person than a machine.

Todd was great! Fast friendly service and everything now in working order. No complaints at all about Todd. However, customer service with Sears is a nightmare. Totally AI with no way to connect with a living person! So if there’s a problem with ANYTHING well that’s just too bad for you. I would never want to deal with this again.
