The Technician/Mike was great. He checked out the Dishwasher and made sure all was functioning correctly. The AI portion of this service really needs a lot of work. The appt was set up for 7:26-8:26 this morning with no way of getting an updated schedule. It asks questions then boxes you into a dead end. It will ask if you want to set up a schedule for your other appliances but will not allow if you say yes. The quality of the AI is very poor. Even the survey sent has issues.

Tim the technician was very knowledgeable of his products and the parts that should go on them. He didn't want to put junk parts ( non oem parts) on to fix my washing machine. Tim is definitely an asset to your company.

Tim repaired our dryer, and I only have good things to say. He was efficient with getting our dryer to run properly and even taught me about it. I don’t feel like most people take the time to teach, so that was appreciated.
