All the Sears repair technicians have been great. Tim, Todd and Mike. Timeliness in setting appointments, great communication about when they would arrive, all very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend Sears Home Services for repairs.

Michael did all that he could do to resolve a garage door problem. He was at our home on three occasions in an attempt to fix the door, but was unable to do so. However, he was always pleasant, professional and diligent as he went about getting the job done. He truly represents Sears Home Repair in the best light possible.

What a great result I had with my dryer. It’s working again. Technician was prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable of issue. Quick to trace problem and order necessary part and return to install. I am very impressed with the sears app that kept me informed on when the technician would be here and who it was. Gave me sense of security and again he did an outstanding job.
