Today was great… because I got my washer fixed after 42 days! My last appt was a no show, no call, no nothing…. Def not looking forward to having to use it again. Rethinking American homeshield ….

The technician was very nice and quick. He checked the system in record time. I already knew nothing was wrong with my system because of having it serviced only a year ago. I wanted the air ducts checked. No such thing with Sears. The only problem I had was the technician just showed up at the house without any notification. I had just got up and saw the doorbell camera. Normally, no one has 8 to 12 hours to wait at the door for a service call. Technician didn't even show up for the first appointment a week earlier. So I waited around all day for nothing.

We had a repair scheduled for April 4. We knew what was wrong and what part was needed, but were told a repair person needed to come and assess. We fully understood that, and when he came, he ordered the part, told us it would be delivered the following Tues, and he would contact us to come replace it on Thurs. Needless to say, after paying for the repair visit and part, the part has still not shown up, nor have we heard from the repair person. My wife has tried calling, and it is nearly impossible to talk to an actual person and not a bot. So as it stands now, we are out around $380, and still have an issue with our stove. I would not recommend sears repair service to anyone at this time. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is Tim, the repair person, was very nice and knowledgeable.

This was a difficult and unbelievable experience from Sear Repairs to get my appliance fixed. It took 4 times to finally get the repair completed. Two times no one showed up. I had to stay at home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and again when they rescheduled, I had to wait for the same timeframe window. This is totally unacceptable. The times there were no showed, I received a text letting me know you are rescheduled. Very inconvenient after waiting all day! Personally not a very good experience! This was the worst experience after many years of Sears servicing my appliances. Overall the three different repairmen did an outstanding job and as well as their customer service. Something needs to make the process better.
