Matthew came in and immediately proceeded to replace a part that he ordered for my refrigerator. It took less than 15 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others that may need a refrigeration technician.

Thomas was The best technician, able to diagnose the issue quickly and effectively, and submitted the necessary claims immediately. He was great to be around, which is important for anyone in your home trying to repair your appliances, and was so knowledgeable. Sears needs to use him as the standard.
