Javontae is an amazing technician! Great work ethic, very personable, answers all questions, and polite as all get out!! Sears themselves, not so much. They've lied to me and my home warranty company multiple times. A part was on backorder and they continously lied stating it was available, on order, or on it's way. After 7 weeks the part magically arrived. When Javontae came to complete the repair it was determined that the part that arrived was not the part ordered and would not work for my fridge. Do better, Sears. But keep Javontae!
