Technician Michael M. showed up on time repaired the appliance. He was very professional, polite and answered all my questions.

Todd arrived on time and determined the compressor which was replaced on 4/20 had failed again. I am thoroughly disgusted with the method Sears is using to communicate with warranty customers using AI. At no point during the last 3 months have I spoken to a REAL, LIVE employee to resolve this problem. I chose not to replace the compressor again and will purchase a replacement refrigerator. I expected I would get preferential treatment in scheduling appointments because I purchased an extended warranty for my appliances. I have always had great service from Sears until now when they prefer to save money by using AI technology. There are some things that AI should not be used for and number 1 is customer service. You have lost my confidence in Sears Home Warranty Service. I would love to talk to a real person to further discuss this issue.

Mr. Matthew was freaking AMAZING!!!!! Very knowledgeable and straightforward. He taught me a lot and I'm very appreciative of his services. I recommend him for my refrigerator anytime something goes wrong. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MATT!!!!!
