My LG refrigerator broke a month ago. Came out and diagnosed, ordered parts. Parts came next day. Technician came a day later and did not have proper tools due to switching vans and said he could not do repair. I get a text rescheduling due to parts not being at my home., when in fact they were here. Rescheduled appointment for a few days later on Saturday, and never showed up. Two weeks until they scheduled me again. Technicians came day 30 and supposedly fixed the compressor seal issue and not working on day 31!!!

Worthless service, paid 125 for a guy to meter two wires on a dishwasher, say it was an electrical issue then say thats all he can do. What a scam service yall provide.

I wouldn't give them a star at all if it would let me. Tech showed up, tried for 30 minutes to open the dryer top and tried to get the dashboard off, and couldn't, even tried you tube for guidance. He then gave me an estimate of $547.00 for repairs and stated it would be 2 weeks before parts came in. Recommended we get a new dryer. The dryer we have is 6 years old. I was then charged the $129.00 diagnostic fee. Mind you, he did not open the dryer up. I tried calling the Sears Number to complain and get a refund but all you get is AI assistants. We called Wells appliance after Sears left and they had someone out the next morning. He had the dryer open in 2 minutes. Dryer was vacuumed out. Heating element and belt replaced in about 20 minutes. Total cost was under $300.00. DO NOT USE SEARS!!!!

Mike is an amazing Tec. Very talented and professional. However the Tec named Todd is a very bad person. He is a liar and Cheetos the client by taking pictures of the home and never even getting out of his truck. The sends messages to (AHS) stating the client is not home. Todd needs to be terminated. Todd will never be allowed on my property.

The tech showed up at 5 pm…worked on my fridge for like maybe 5-10 minutes, and basically told me I had to let the ice defrost because it was that iced up. I ended up removing the part myself (which yes, was heavily iced, but with some work I took it off). Bottom line, the tech came here thinking this was going to be an easy fix when these Samsung ice makers (which are garbage) are know for freezing over.

There is only AI representatives no actual person to talk to. The technician doesn't follow protocol by calling or texting before showing up. Nothing about the services is excellent.

Scheduled a repair for Friday by 5p. No one arrived and they automatically rescheduled us for Monday (today). We made sure not to leave the house all day so we would be here in the 8a to 5p window. I hear the dog bark at 4:02- no knock on the door, no doorbell. My husband grabbed the baby, walked down the stairs, and the service tech,Todd, was already driving away. Tried to call in to have them send him back only to reach an AI who can't patch you through to a real person and kept offering to reschedule. So I can sit around and wait for a 3rd day? I'll find a different repair place who will actually make it inside my house to fix the dishwasher.

Sent a tech out to my house to finish replacing parts on my dishwasher, which was a week delayed. Claimed it was fixed, and never ran a test before he left. About 45 minutes later, dishwasher is leaking all over and under my kitchen floor, which was just replaced. Once again, out of a dishwasher, and I have to wait yet again, til Friday, for a maybe yal will show up, maybe yal want. Highly disappointed with your customer service and the fact that you're sending a tech, who doesn't know what they are doing, to a job. Oh by the way, this is the second time that this has happened to us. Previous work order with my washer machine that had to be fixed again, because the first tech didn't know what he was doing neither. Is this really how your company conducts business???
