The washer would work and getting an error code for electrical. After several visits and replacements over 6 months, the washer is now broke and needs replaced.

Abysmal service for military families. No one in customer service is helpful. Choose another company. The technicians are ok.

The appointment took 3 separate scheduled times to get completed. All for the actual repairs to take a total of maybe 5 minutes. The second appointment was rescheduled after no one showed up and it was determined that we were several people back on the list even with an appointment scheduled. Communication was incredibly weak and took way too much effort on my part just to get a clear decision on when the service would be completed. Also the time in which the service was to be completed continued to change until it was past 7pm when the technician finally came.

The technician that finally came to our home did an excellent job. However, this was the 5th time we were scheduled for an appointment and no one showed up or called. We were rescheduled time and time again. The journey started on 9/28/23, with parts ordered, received, and scheduled for installation on 10/6. The actual completion occurred on 10/30/23. Use at your own peril!
