Your system sent me an email containing a signed form that I never saw, or have signed since the tech never arrived at my location to assess the issue. I have not received any service for my LG washer as reported in the 2-10 home warranty. Nico, according to this email, was the individual assigned to repair the machine, but never showed up. your tech falsify a signature and submitted a fraudulent invoice as if the service was completed. and adding a signature that is not mine to make it seam I agreed with his report. Also, at the bottom of his report, he stated; (Product Inaccessible) It would have been accessible if he had showed up to do the job. Horrible service.

We got an automated message this morning saying that the tech would be here between 8am-9:30am so I stayed home from work but no one ever arrived. Then we got another automated message saying the tech was estimated to be here at 1:15, So my husband left work and got here at 1:10, but the tech had arrived early and already left. There was never a call from a tech, just an automated bot that communicated with us. So we never got service at all.

Please be aware that this is a big scam. We got scammed for over $500 to repair our oven. You cannot get a hold of A live person. They have you schedule someone to come out, which someone did told us what was wrong gave us an estimate and said schedule an appointment we scheduled twice the second time we got a notice that they came to the house and no one was home. However, we were there all day and have a dog that would’ve alarmed us. Once I googled them to see if they were a scam it does say people are saying it’s a scam so do not call Sears home services.

It's not your service rep-it is YOU-SEARS. It's been three months. You've known for 2 months that the part is no longer available and that you'll have to replace my micro/oven combo--yet, although escalated three times-I have heard from no one-you just keep sending service techs who tell you the same thing.

My service order # is 000476611336264and I canceled my service all and asked for my $100.00 dollars back. It's been 3 days and still no money. As soon as I get me money back, I am canceling my service contract. Can someone look into why my refund has not gone through yest? The service technician lied and took a fake picture of my front door. He lied and said he called me and left a voice mail. He never came by my house. I waited 8 hours, and the technician skipped my house to go home early. Horrible customer service 😑 I hope they do better on the rescheduled service appointment. Thank you very much for the response, please just make sure the technician shows up on Friday November 15th 8-5 to order the part for my LG dishwasher. They could actually bring the same part they installed last time and just fix it on the same day. This board has broken several times. Thank you!
