The technician was pleasant and very professional. He was very experienced and quickly replaced the part in our microwave . Would definitely use again for any future repairs.The microwave was under warranty so there was no charge for the service.

Nicholas came out on a Saturday morning and made sure that he was assigned to the follow-up. He got everything operational in no time once the parts had arrived. Although it would have cost $224, we had one 'complimentary house call' on our Sears Warranty and the entire bill was covered by Sears. One of those months when it was worth it!

Service technician arrived on time, thoroughly explained the problem with our dishwasher and that the part needed to repair the unit was no longer available after an internet search. I recommend Sears Appliance Repair, and would use them again should the need arise.
