No complaint on William’s service because the part for the dishwasher is unavailable. But I definitely have an issue with Sears warranty department. Update on part was never relayed to William. And neither to me until I’d called the scheduling department. Also I have a refrigerator that is having issues and my appointments have been rescheduled BY Sears “4” times. Next scheduled appt December 3rd which is almost 4 weeks from when they were supposed to be here. I told them that was unacceptable I was informed that they will get in touch with within a few days to work something out. STILL HAVE NOT FROM SEARS!! Had the same issue with dishwasher I’m supposed to get a replacement and a email within 3-5 days on how to get it replaced. NO EMAIL AT ALL!! I asked to speak to a supervisor but customer service would not connect me to a supervisor. She assured me that she can handle the issue. I’m VERY DISSATISFIED WITH them and will NOT give SEARS WARRANTY DEPT and good review. Right now review is a one *

So the way this company does business is absolutely atrocious. I'm an electrical contractor, I work with tons of other contractors and none of us work this way. First I call sears and I get a call center. The call center rep tells me the technician will call me and I can give him the model number and they will be able to order the part. It was just cracked glass in the stove top but they cant give me a price of how much it will cost to fix it, the technician will tell me that. So a tech calls me the next day, he gets the model number and says someone will be out 2 days later, still can't give me a price. The tech calls 2 days later, says he hasn't ordered the glass and cannot order the glass until he comes out to do a $129 diagnostics. Then he will order the glass, but he still can't tell me how much it will cost to replace the glass or how much the glass will cost. I tell him I have the model number and I've already got the part number too and to just order the glass and make one trip. Says he can't do it, he has to come out first. This is not the way to do business. I can almost guarantee that when it's all said and done they will be charging the amount it cost for a new stove. I will never use sears again for anything, this is not how professionals do business. Update: Called a local guy, had the quote for glass and install within half a day and his install fee is cheaper than sears diagnostic fee.

Technician texted at 12:04 he was on his way but never showed. Received another text indicating we had refused service. Another text then saying it was a receipt for a $300 charge. Now this, you want the technician's service rated. What service? I called the number on the order and it said there were no open repair orders.I can't even give a one star review. If there was minus, I would.

Further update: I left a DM through my wife’s Facebook acct. I received two phonecalls from a Sears 800# with no message or return number to call and speak to a person. Calling the number back just routed me back to the endless automated circle with no option to talk to anyone. This is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. It’s been weeks; and the problem still isn’t fixed. Update: I do not have a Facebook account. If your only method of direct customer contact is through Facebook, therein may lie your problem. A customer service email address or a direct contact phone number would solve a great deal for you. Your customer portal on your website that I've been using to monitor the work order should be the one-stop shop means to interact with your customer. I suggest you look my name up in your system with any current outstanding work orders, and to call me as your customer using the information you have on file. Thankfully, the original tech returned my call and has helped get my appointment rescheduled. Hopefully, you will follow through and ensure the job is done. I'm having the worst customer service experience with this company. The initial tech who diagnosed and ordered parts was fantastic. The parts were delivered to my home, but now my appointment date for repair has come and gone without any contact from the company, and any attempt to contact them to find out what to do next gets stuck in an automated system limbo, or routed to a phone that disconnects. Trying to reschedule the appointment online tells me that I have an open order and advised to visit my work order online for further information, which gives me no option except to reschedule the appointment. I will never use this company again.
