The technician did a great job repairing my lawn mower. Unfortunately I was not able to be home, so I arranged with him to leave it outside and he completed the work there. Thank you so much. On another note, I had a few issues with the scheduling office. Parts had to be ordered for my lawn mower and were received 3 days later. I arranged through them at least 3 times to have the technician come back out to complete the repairs on my lawn mower. I received 3 text messages and emails confirming each appointment. The appointments were cancelled each time without any notice to me. After each appointment passed without the technician showing I called to rescheduled and informed them each time after being asked that the parts had arrived, but for some reason their system was showing the parts hadn’t arrived. I was thankfully finally able to get that shorted out and the technician showed up as scheduled the forth time and completed the repairs. This process of scheduling really needs to be looked at and improved. I feel like if I hadn’t been forceful and more demanding during that last call, I might still be waiting for the technician to so. I would still use this service again and refer other people, but please give this a look. Thank you

Prompt. Professional. Answered my many questions. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Even though he was unable to find an intermittent problem, he did give me some helpful tips to look out for in the future. Highly recommend!

Fred called before hand to chat about my issue with my refrigerator. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Fred went the extra mile to retrieve the part that I needed. He first said the compressor had to be ordered but then he was able to get the compressor from a colleague. That was excellent for me, because it would have been a huge hassle without a refrigerator, icemaker and freezer. Fred made my day. It pays to have Sears Home warranty. Thanks so much!
