I visited the website on a Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday, Tuesday morning by 9:00 a.m. he had already come and gone and diagnosing the issue to be a belt for my dryer. Dryer. He ordered it and it showed up on my doorstep Wednesday and I rescheduled and Michael came and put the new belt on Thursday morning. Basically a perfect customer service experience.

Excellent Service
Lonnie was excellent. He quickly analyzed the problem with the refrigerator and explained to me what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. He ordered the required parts and worked with me to schedule a date and time to return to replace the parts and get the refrigerator back working. He returned on the scheduled date and completed the job. Excellent customer service. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous.
