Service tech was very good. However the AI Bot did not allow me to make an address change due to the address being incorrect. Not being able to talk to a real person is very discouraging when the application does not work.

It was not my best experience, but the job is now complete. Tbe technician did a great job in spite of the long time it took to get parts and schedule a return trip. I did have the one day that service was scheduled and no one came. This process began in July 8 and was finally completed today on August 18th.

Overall the service was great they came over were really professional and fixed the problem with my washer that I had so that's great! Only rating 4 stars cause the price was a little on the high end for the labor of only 1 hour
