My tech Aaron was very quick and knowledgeable about what caused my dishwasher to have problems. Unfortunately, old as it was, it wasn't worth the cost to repair......might as well buy a new one.

Service tech was very good. However the AI Bot did not allow me to make an address change due to the address being incorrect. Not being able to talk to a real person is very discouraging when the application does not work.

It was not my best experience, but the job is now complete. Tbe technician did a great job in spite of the long time it took to get parts and schedule a return trip. I did have the one day that service was scheduled and no one came. This process began in July 8 and was finally completed today on August 18th.
