The Sears technician gave me improper diagnostic which would have cost me over $950.00. I was informed that i had a crack water pan. The technician didn't investigate further to confirm. His termination only consists of removing the back panel and seeing the water in the pan and leaking. With a 2nd technician diagnostic findings turn out to be clog lines and not properly draining correct. Thanks to my 2nd technician i have saved over $729.89

I’m not sure about the technician I never seen them after 2 appointments because apparently Lowe’s Protection Plan does not know the difference between a washer and a dryer 🤬And the service technician called two different weeks and stated there work order was for my washer so they never came.

Didn’t even look at the washer but said it was fine, ok!! It leaks and is destroying my floor. Then he said get the floor fixed then they can look at it. No need dude. Hope my new home warranty insurance never send him back to my house. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend 👎🏽

I was baffled that the service/ cleaning of my system would take less than ten minutes. I don’t understand why the foam was left in my system. I am not satisfied with this service. Now you will not replace my garbage disposal. You tomy money , one hundred dollars, without my consent. I have paid you twice for the same service and you still will not replace it. What will it take to get it replaced? I want it done today!!!!!

When I scheduled the service call you asked for details of the serial and model number of the jenn air oven IT would have been decent of you to let me know that they no longer have parts that you can install. it would not have been necessary for a technician to come to my home and be charged 119.00 for him to say sorry we do not have the parts. What was the point to ask me ahead of time!! You are a scam!!

Just a warning. When you call this number, it’s not in Goldsboro. It’s a national call center, and the representative may have just been having a bad day, but she was pretty rude. If you’re trying to find someone local, this isn’t it.

First I was giving a time frame of between 8am-5pm and they would let me know when on way. At 7:35am I received a text he was on way and at 8:00am I received text saying no one home and a link to reschedule. I met him on the road and stopped him and he did go back. I filled out online what the issue was that it wouldn’t get hot and to give model and serial number but when service man showed up he didn’t have parts to fix. Plus the quote that I was giving to replace a heating element was about $65 more than the price of a new dryer. Exact same dryer model but 4 yrs newer. I paid the $99 diagnostic fee told him thank you but estimate was ridiculous considering price of new one. I ordered part for $88 from manufacturer and saved $610. Service man was nice and professional but company has ridiculous pricing.
