Technician Visit
Reggie was great! He knew what the problem was and got it taken care of as well as showed me how to take care of the issue if it happens again. We didn't know we needed to take the washer plate out and clean it! Thanks to Reggie we'll be able to take better care of our washing machine going forward. And he was friendly and professional!
