Jason did an awesome job diagnosing the problem quickly and efficiently. It was a simple switch issue on my Easy Trap. Once I pushed the black button down, the system came on. So thank you Jason for bringing us back to the comfort zone during this extreme heat wave.

I am glad that we continue to pay our sears monthly repair contract. I have purchased sear products for 30 plus years.Our Service person Andrew is the most polite and on-time Service call person that Inhave ever dealt with. . He calls ahead, He makes his repairs and I like how He cleans up after his work is completed. I would like to see improvement on your automated system. I like that the parts are sent to the home, ready and available for the Service person. It is a long process to get to speak with a live agent.

Andrew was awesome! The first technician who arrived could not diagnose the issue and ordered the wrong part. Andrew arrived for the second visit and came to the rescue and knew exactly what to do! Outstanding knowledge and expertise! Sears is fortune to have someone like Andrew! Please use him to train others!! Also wonderful customer service!
