Replace main board on dishwasher. This was the 2nd part that had to be replaced. Started the dishwasher with new part, but didn’t finish. Now need to have another service call and diagnose getting a 3rd part to fix. Dishwasher now broken for almost 3 weeks.

BTW, according to the final billing statement I received after the repair was completed on my washer, I overpaid by over $50 from what the final cost was shown. When will I receive this refund? I have no issues with your technicians, but it's impossible to speak with anyone directly at Sears Appliance Repair. All I get are automated and AI agents. This is not good enough!
