Trever couldn’t have been a more helpful technician. I wish Sears had better rescheduling procedures and more relevant information about when the technician will arrive. My parts didn’t come in on time and this created a scheduling issue when I tried to reschedule and there were no appointments available at one time. As I said, Trever did a great job and was personable and helpful.
