It took me about 3 months before I finally got my washer repaired. It was do to delivery schedule..ups etc.. the repair man Michael was very concerned,courteous, and helpful.He is a great access to your organization. I prefer Michael anytime.

Terence was so very nice!!! Knowledgeable, professional, explained everything he was doing, cleaned up afterwards, truly cared about fixing the issue with my refrigerator. If I could give him higher than 5 I would!

We elected not to have the repair done as the cost was more than a new dishwasher. This is a 2 year old unit. So sad to live in a disposable time.
