Terrance was knowledgeable diagnosing the problem with our Kenmore/LG Refrigerator ice maker. He advised the fix all while explaining in detail the cost and associated expenses. In addition, he explained that the part had to be ordered and he scheduled his return visit to minimize the the down time. Terrance was a joy to collaborate with and a true professional.

Technician arrived at schedule time and spent the necessary time to find the problem. He diagnosed the problem and had to order parts. He came back later and installed the part and the unit has been working properly since. He was an experienced technician, unlike the young guy who had been here 3 times with this issue and still did not diagnose or spend the necessary time it took to properly discover what what was wrong. He possessed all the attributes one would expect in anyone representing a well established company.
