This was a very terrible experience for me and I was charged twice. Yes, this experience was absolutely terrible. I will never ever use Sears for anything.

This has nothing to do with the gentleman that fixed the stove. Sears dispatch is awful. Always changing dates and canceling appointments. Shouldn't have been more than a week, 6 weeks later someone finally fixes it

Giving this a 1 star rating as the tech didn’t show up or contact us on the day he was supposed to. I had to contact them, they then notified me, at 5:30pm that the appointment had been moved to 5 days from then. When the tech did show up, 5 days after the scheduled appointment date, he installed the parts, left the fridge and freezer open and the fridge and freezer still don’t work. It has been over a month now and they haven’t called. I have called over 20 times and they say they will be calling back with a service date and still haven’t called.

August 29th 2024 I called for a repair on my refrigerator. The freezer worked but the refrigerator section did not. They told me the first date available for service was September 27th 2 days short of a month. A few days later they were texting me questions about the function of the refrigerator and freezer. After I answer those questions they claimed to order parts. A few more days later they said those parts were not available and we're not made anymore. I asked for something to use until my refrigerator was repaired or replaced. I was already 2 or 3 weeks without a refrigerator. Every time I called they said they were going to escalate my case. I was given $300 for food loss. September 24th I was sent a form to be reimbursed for a rental. The email specified they would payup to 30 days after the matter was resolved. October 8th I was approved for replacement. October 16th I got the authorization code to order from Sears a replacement refrigerator. To get a comparable model of the refrigerator I had I would have to pay another $800. My original refrigerator cost $850. I could not get reimbursed the money I could only order from sears. October 18th I placed an order for a refrigerator nearly half the size of what I had before and paid an additional $95 to get it. The earliest day they could deliver was October 28th and I was scheduled for surgery. They agreed to deliver it on November 4th the following Monday. I got a confirmation call on Thursday saying Costco was going to deliver the refrigerator between 3:30 and 5:30 on the 4th. It did not come. Further inquiry said that it was not in the warehouse and that another date would have to be selected. It is November 12th 2024 and I still don't have a refrigerator.

Twice the technician never showed up but yet it asks for a review of my service. Cannot get dispatch to call me or a supervisor on the phone. Was charged 65.00 and technician never came to our house. Never had such problems with Sears. How does Sears think this is acceptable. I’m ready to cancel my extended warranty with them.

The repair guy was very professional & friendly but getting it scheduled the first go round was awful. My refrigerator needed repair & we had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come out. Then when the day arrived, no one showed up or called. I rescheduled which was another 3 weeks!! I was without my refrigerator for over a month! Unacceptable if you ask me.
