Came out misdiagnosed my warranty claim was denied and Ben they completely removed my appliance from my warranty

The repair guy was very professional & friendly but getting it scheduled the first go round was awful. My refrigerator needed repair & we had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come out. Then when the day arrived, no one showed up or called. I rescheduled which was another 3 weeks!! I was without my refrigerator for over a month! Unacceptable if you ask me.

This business does not exist here anymore. When you call you get someone in Asia who can't really help you.
