Rodney was great and very thorough checking and cleaning our appliances. Sears Services are the best! He disassembled the appliances and cleaned and checked all mechanisms. This was proper maintenance. What Sears you can do better: Continue to offer multi-year (up to 5 years) Protection Plans which include free yearly maintenance service.
