Rodney came when he said he would. He was courteous and went straight to work. He communicated clearly the repair needs and allowed me to ask questions. He offered extra solutions and money saving opportunities. He fixed the problem with my dryer and was finished within 45 minutes. I am extremely pleased!

They don't make technicians like Evan very often, if ever! Evan was very knowledgeable and patient and went about his business efficiently. He fixed the problem and even diagnosed an unrelated problem quickly so we coild get our stove back into service. Nice guy, so glad he came to work on our unit
