The technician Boris did an excellent job repairing my GE refrigerator!! If I could give him more than (5) STARS I would.! He was very professional, pleasant and polite. He arrived in a timely manner. There had already been 2 technicians from other companies sent out to fix the refrigerator and were not able to complete the job. Boris was the 3rd technician that was sent out and he was the only one who was able to diagnose the problem correctly. He was able to get the refrigerator side to finally stay cool and the freezer side to stop leaking. He ordered the parts that were needed to fix the problem and in 2 days he was back ready to replace the parts he had ordered and completely fix everything !! I am truly satisfied and I thank him for a job well done 👍🏾!
