The technician Boris was very efficient and explained a lot to me. I do have issue with how much the labor cost for considering it took two appointments and less than 3 hours and labor costs were over $400 quite excessive. I tried contacting your company and just keep getting directed to AI customer service and not a real individual to speak to. Not happy with that.

Boris was very experienced and very knowledgeable. A very nice man, did a great job repairing my dryer. The price was high, but I don’t fix dryers and I needed it to work and this was cheaper than buying a new one.

Rodney did an amazing job was very professional had 4 other techs from diff companies come out and none of them could figure it out. He took his time and even tho it took a bit he didn’t give up and figured out the issue and fixed it very pleased with him timeliness and determination to get my gas range fixed.
