Dryer repair service call. The technician, Rodney was very professional, courtesy, and timely. He called prior to arrival to provide a status and ETA. Upon arrival he introduced himself then went straight to work. After diagnosis he showed me the problem, provided an estimate, then once approved went straight to work. He completed the repair, cleaned up, then shared the repaired project with me. Awesome job and amazing technician.

Ismael was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to rectify our A/C problem, since a previous existing drain line is clogged. We need a plumber to come out.
