I was actually very surprised at how awesome this entire experience was. First calling SEARS for service, no problems with that; everyone was friendly, helpful, and, spoke clear english. I actually called on a couple of occasions and it was very quick to get a representative and they have more than one, and, all pleasant and helpful. Secondly, it was a repair on our GE Dishwasher purchased through SEARS, where we had an extended warranty agreement. The service company M and M repair, and Dominion Factory Service, were top-notch, we are in the Concord, N.C., area. Excellent again was the service through dealing with M and M, representative most accomodating, and, pleasant. The service repair person was again, beyond excellent, arrived on time, took his time to examine and ensure everything was done correctly, and, arranged for our new part, came out the next week and again, perfect service! Jeff with Dominion Factory Service, great repair person, and, Sandra excellent Representative on the Administrative side of M and M service company that dispatched Jeff of Dominion Factory Service. Appointment was confirmed ahead of time, friendly technician came on time, fixed my drier fast, answered some of my questions, was out within 30 minutes. Glad I used them.
