Rodney was very professional. He was able to ordered the necessary parts needed and when parts arrived he called me to check on the arrival and if he can come early to fix my washing machine. I am so appreciative of him. What I like about Sears is that they do not uses contractors and all tech/repairs people are all employees. I will definitely refer friends.

Rodney was awesome in diagnosing the problem with my oven and ordering the parts in a timely manner. Upon the parts arriving, Robert was fantastic in repairing my oven! Great service from Rodney & Robert...both were very courteous!
