Sears technicians did an excellent job on providing service for my GE washer. Came out one week to see what’s going on with the washer. The same day he ordered the parts for my washer. The next week after the parts arrived another technician came out and installed the parts for our washer!! It is running like It was just purchased!! Thank you very much Sears for all of your hard work and professional service, and also prompt services.

Andrew is fantastic as have been the other technicians. But trying to schedule with Sears is the most frustrating experience you could ever imagine. Their use of AI and NO actual person/human being makes scheduling next to impossible. Do not use Assurant for extended warranty on your appliances.
