Greatest Experience Ever

Technician was prompt, courteous, professional. He figured out what was wrong with our washer right away and scheduled a follow up visit to put the part that he had to order in. The part came quickly and again when the technician came a week later, it was the same as before. Good experience.

I cant applaud Sears Home Services enough. Customer service response to my service call request was prompt and courteous. The technician that came was amazing. He accurately diagnosed problem, ordered the part on the spot and left. Part arrived at my house a few days later and technician called to confirm arrival of part, came back quickly to install part and i was up and running. Effortless, painless and hitch free process. I am glad I had purchased the Sears protection plan for my appliance. A $40 plan bought in 2012 saved me $450 in parts and labor three years later. Im a happy camper! Awesome Sears!

The lady on the phone was a little scattered about what part to order. But the guy that came out was very nice and professional. Did the job and its good as new.

Repair tech came early and knew exactly what needed to be done to service the appliance. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, had me back up and running in a minimum amount of time. Definitely worth the repair cost!

Had a terrible sound coming from the washing machine. Technician arrived on time, and began evaluating the issue. In a very short time he had determined the problem. A mens comb about 6" long had lodged itself between the drum and the backside of the drum. Every time the drum rotated the comb would strike a drum support. Very pleased with his repair!
