The repair man was polite and efficient. He did a good job and explained what the problem was.

Great service and was done within 2 hours of calling. The Tech was polite and understood that he was working in a office that had meeting going on.

The technician was on time and pleasant. He diagnosed and fixed our washer quickly. We were very pleased with the service, and we are happy we chose to purchase a service warranty from Sears. It is an efficient way to handle repairs and have parts available during the visit.

EXCELENT TECHNICIAN.

For over 10 years, the repairman has also been the same is very nice. He has ALWAYS done an excellent job. The ONLY issue I have is scheduling an appointment is initially an all day commitment, with a more precise window available the DAY of the appointment - hey Sears common into the 21st century, it's call BI.
