Repair person was very knowledgeable. Finally after 9 times Sears sent someone out that knew what he was doing. He finally got through to someone that my washing machine could NOT be fixed. I have struggled with Sears since January. It is now May! They have put in part after part sometimes replacing a part that they had already replaced. I have made numerous trips to the Laundry Matt. Which I have learned is very expensive. What really makes me mad at Sears is they give you a time frame to come to your house from 8am -5pm. They can't give you either morning or afternoon. Then when a repair person comes out and can't fix your washer and has to order a part they DON'T count that as a visit. I have had to stay home 9 full days since January waiting on a repair man to come and still not have a washing machine that I can use. The 5 stars up there is ONLY for the last guy who came out and deemed the washer unfixable. I was told that I would get a "like" replacement but when I went to the store to pick it out, they gave me 1/2 of what my machine cost. At one time Sears was a good company, but NOT anymore. I will never recommend them to anyone. This experience has been a nightmare!!!

Jermaine was fantastic and very knowledgeable about not only the mechanics of it but also the Sears home warranty program. The only bummer was at first, they sent the wrong computer for my stove and then it was discontinued making it then a refurbishment.... but alas, after a month with a stove and copious dinners out... I am cooking up a storm. Thanks to Jermaine!!!
