Sears repair people are always professional and highly trained. I have a home warranty service that covers my appliances, and when they send other companies to do repairs, I never know what I'll get. With Sears, I've always been pleased. Luckily the Whirlpool & Kenmore brands rarely break, and seem to last forever. But when they do, I know Sears repair will get the job done quickly and correctly.

Sears sent the right guy out to fix refrigerator, knew exactly what was wrong and went and got part and replaced the defrost heater in less than 30 min. Ref working great again.
