Drew is excellent. He is professional, courteous, and communicative. He walked us through each step he was completing and the expected outcome. 5/5. However, the stove still sucks and the problem persists, despite Drew replacing both heating elements. Hopefully Kenmore will help us with further troubleshooting and fix the issue another way.

Drew was very personable and a joy to have in our home. Very experienced! Fix the problem, the second time around. Was very inconvenient to have to be here for two different days, but Drew did get it fixed finally!
