Robert was kind and courteous and I appreciate that in someone coming into my home.He took care of the problem in an efficient amount of time. I spent all morning trying to talk to someone and let them know the part had been delivered to the wrong house. I could not speak with anyone at all the numbers I called. Around 1:00 the person the part had been delivered to brought the part to my home and I immediately called to see if I could get the appointment for this afternoon. Robert did come. Again he was wonderful, but customer service was not!
