Update: After receiving a response to my review I called the number listed in the response. It was another appointment bot that blocked any access to a human agent. After finding another number online I scheduled another appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts. A week later he arrived on time, replaced the parts and I was back in business. The humans were brilliant - the bot wasn't. Nope. It's hard to get past their AI Bot to get some answers. We finally reached a human who set up an appointment for our refrigerator repair. It was set for 4 days out with an all day window. We waited until 2:15 pm on the day of the repair and received an AI Bot text message apologizing because they wouldn't be able to get to our repair. I was asked to select another appointment time 5 days or more away. I wouldn't waste my time with these guys.

A recent service appointment for a diagnosis of washing machine issue. Unfortunately, the diagnostic report that was submitted was insufficient and did not fully describe the problem or the potential cause. Technician said he could not reopen report after contacted within the same day I believe within an hour of him leaving my home. He said someone from Sears will handle it and a week later we cannot get in touch with anyone from sears…. Only Ai

Zero stars!!! Received notification that they had arrived but never showed up and then I received this notice to rate! No communication other than the obviously wrong automated messages. Waited 6+ hours today. Horrible customer service!!!

The servicevtechnician did not come to our home as scheduled on 10-5 to do as assessment of the problem with our refrigerator/freezer. Later, we received a text message re-scheduling our appointment to 10-9. Again, no technician….Instead, we were contacted again via test message a few days later asking us to explain the issue with the appliance. We tried to the best of our knowledge to give a description based on what we could see from the surface. Then, to our surprise, we received another text message informing us that a part had been ordered and would be delivered to our home, which did come….Afterwards, we received another message to let us know when the new part was scheduled to be installed, which was on 10-18. Thinking the issue had been resolved, the same problem re-occurred again on 10-19 following the repair on the previous day….My husband has reached out to the technician, but has gotten no response. This has been a terrible ordeal for anyone to go through..Further steps are being taken to obtain a resolution..

This review is not about the technician, it's about Sears Appliance Repair. We had an appointment scheduled for about 2 weeks for our Viking Range Hood to be repaired. I received several text and emails reminding me of my appointment on 5/28 1-5. I took the afternoon off work and waited for my appointment. At 4:30 I called to check and they rescheduled my appointment for 5/29 from 8-12 without a text or call. On 5/29 we again wait for our appointment from 8-12 and they did not show. It was delayed until 1. The tech calls me and tells me they do not service my Viking range hood. This has been in every communication I have had with them. So frustrating!!!!!!!
