James was wonderful. He was professional had the part on his truck. Made sure my dryer was clean and working properly. The 5 stars are for James and James alone. Your company gets ZERO STARS!!!!! Now as far as your scheduling AI system is concerned. Get rid of that crap! My appointment thru that was for 3 appliances, dryer, dishwasher and oven. All scheduled at the same time with one tech. And one service fee. Now imagine my surprise and shock when James called and told me he was on his way and he only had the ticket for the dryer. I’m not upset with James, I’m seriously upset with your company for misleading me! Now I will have to wait even longer to be able to use my oven and dishwasher again. AI will never be a solution to save money when it comes to Real Customer Service. Hire people back!

There seemed to be multiple issues contributing to the problem. Zac keep testing the washer until he was able to find the problem and fixed it very quickly once discovered.

I'm really discouraged that Choice Home Warranty decided to not replace our HVAC system. They stated because the part that broke down and that part required is no longer made. My husband is a Veteran on disability. We're living on Social Security. I am trying very hard to keep us warm using a small heater and praying this cold weather turns warmer as our home thermostat is ranging between 55°-60°. I know we're not the only ones suffering, yet I thought we wouldn't be in this predicament at our age. Would I refer family and friends to choose Choice Home Warranty? I would suggest they look around more, compare what others say, and then choose the Home Warranty that would best suit them for repairs and replacement by the company that DOES stand behind their pledge.

Johnny has been to the house on repairs on 2 separate occasions. Both times he got the job done, we asked questions and he gave advice to prevent the same thing happening again, very professional and knowledgeable. He’s “the guy” you want to come fix your appliances!!
