James did an excellent job in service and professionalism in the performance in his repairing the dryer. He notified me in his arrival time and meet it to the tee. Respected my home has if it was his own. Cleaned the area he was working with the best of care. Work was SPOT-ON!!! Should have more trained associates as James!!
