Very helpful and knowledgeable tech. He went above and beyond. Definitely great guy, an asset to your company. He even recommended a product to help maintain shine without scratching stainless steel surface of my refrigerator. This is the time of service that should be given to all your customers! Definitely keep him in your company, because of him I will recommend to friends and family. Definitely deserves more money and should be the first one to put forward to represent your business!!!
