Johnny is AWESOME! He's delightful, friendly professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable! He fixed my ice maker, steamed all the excess ice from my freezer and realigned the freezer and refrigerator doors. While he was working, he got calls from other repairmen and helped solve their problems, too! He never missed a beat during the calls and just kept right on working on my refrigerator. Johnny is clearly the repairmen's repairman, so it made me feel even more confident that he would get my refrigerator back in great shape! I don't know how much you all pay him, but it can't possibly be enough! I hope you realize how lucky you are to have Johnny C.! And I hope you do everything possible to keep him happy!
