Johnny called in advance to give me the approximate time he would arrive. My garbage disposal completely stopped working. I assumed it would have to be replaced. Johnny was able to make a simple repair. He clearly explained what had happened and why. He was professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and made absolutely sure everything was in perfect working condition before he left. It is evident he takes pride in his work. If I should ever have a problem with another appliance I hope they send Johnny or someone as knowledgeable and efficient. Great job!!
