He told me I needed a new washer when what I really need was the capacitors to discharge on the mother board so the washer would reset.

What a ripoff Samsung products are. Refrigerator is only 6 years old and your technician says it will cost almost as much to fix it as what l paid for it.

The technician that came to my home to fix my dryer was absolutely wonderful. I’ve already given him five stars. Your company, if I could only give zero stars you’d get zero. I’m not sure who in their right mind thought it was a good thing to have AI do your scheduling for you, but it is not. Imagine my surprise when the technician called to tell me he was on the way that he was only gonna fix my dryer. When the AI scheduled me for three appliances, my dryer, my dishwasher and my oven all at the same time with one technician. I don’t know what happened to wanting people to do customer service. The only thing I can think of is that you’re trying to save money with AI and I can tell you all AI is gonna do is lose business for you.

Waited all day. Called repeatedly. Did not have my phone number associated with a repair. We're able to locate it by the order number. Strung me along from 8 till 530 at night. Crazy stressful

Service Tech tried to scam is for $500 to replace a part on a dishwasher that is covered under warranty

I made an appointment and nobody showed up. I tried to call to speak with someone and was unable to get ahold of an actual person. I guess I will have to call another company.

Unsatisfactory! Push for repair contract (have already with other co.). Gasket repair needed (obvious), gave AI serial and model# (didn’t give to repairman) so had to order gasket. Total: $500+!! And another while before ccmpleted! Paid $129 service call but cancelled repair. Very unprofessional

I have had nothing but problems with Sears. I have had people out here 6 times and the issue is still not fixed. The last time was today and I thought it was fixed and now water is coming from the ice maker/water dispenser. I think they are close to fixing it but not there yet. When this issue is finally fixed, I will never call them again.

Was supposed to have a tech today. No one ever showed up. I called in two times and both times they said the dispatch team would be reaching out. No one ever called. Called back the 3 rd and they said the tech is now running behind. Which obviously because they are supposed to be here 4 hours ago. Then about 20 minutes later I get a text message and they said they had to cancel my apt. Call a different company and they were able to come out right away! Maybe now I see why the tech I was supposed to have only had 3 stars….
